A structure with an ancient time charme, right under the farmhouse where his guests stay in their rooms or apartments.
He uses to show the wine cellar with Chianti Classico , Brunello di Montalcino e Rosso di Montalcino his new guests at their arrival.
Chianti classico is made by craftsmen by Ivo's brother, directly from his farm called Podere Fioraine. It's about 6 Km far from Castellina in Chianti. It's composed by 6Ha with vineyard, olive grove and wood.
